Giving Back to the community
For several years Bata South Africa has supported Sihambakancane School for the disabled at Emoyeni near Loskop.
In 2006, through the efforts of Beverly Phillips, the Bata Children's Program co-ordinator in South Africa, the school was rebuilt and to date accommodates 50 children.
